Fees & Payments
A NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee (deposit) is required to secure your appointment slot. Canceling your appointment for any reason will result in loss of your deposit.
Services $100 or more: $50 Booking Fee required
Services $99 or less: $25 Booking Fee required
The remaining balance for the service you have booked is due no later than the time of your scheduled appointment (less deposit). Balances can be paid via the online booking platform, a link has been provided in the confirmation email you received, or in-person at the time of your appointment via CASH, CREDIT, or DEBIT.
REFUNDs
All services are Non-Refundable.
It is important you contact me immediately in the event you feel unhappy so we can schedule you in as soon as possible, corrective services may be subject to a $50 set up fee after 10 weeks from the date of your last appointment, please contact me within the 10 week time frame to avoid this. The 10 week time frame does NOT apply to Lash Lift & Tint, Brow Lamination & Tint, or Henna, Please contact the studio within 5 days if you have any questions or concerns regarding these services. 705-352-5500 info@fusionbeauty-ink.com
Cancellation Policy
48 HOURS NOTICE (Prior to your appointment start time) is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment, failure to do so will result in loss of deposit & a late cancelation fee.
A new deposit will be required to reschedule. You may only reschedule ONE time, please be sure to check your schedule beforehand.
*NO-SHOW Appointments will forfeit their deposit & be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service, due immediately.
A Late Cancellation Fee of $100.00 will apply to ALL appointments $100 or more.
A Late Cancellation Fee of $25.00 will apply to ALL appointments $99 or less.
Please arrive on time. If you are running late for your appointment please contact me as soon as possible. Late by 15 minutes or more may result in cancellation of your appointment, loss of deposit & will be subject to a Cancellation Fee.
Fusion Beauty & Ink has the right to cancel any appointment or future appointments at any time due to the following circumstances:
Failure to comply with the terms & conditions
Failure to follow the Pre/Post Care instructions you have been provided prior to or following your appointment(s).
Withholding any information that may conflict with the process or outcome of your procedure.
Inappropriate or unjust behavior
Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your procedure, healing process, or at any time thereafter, please direct them to me as soon as possible to ensure questions are answered, touch up’s are completed, & we are both 100% satisfied with our experience.
EXISTING PERMANENT MAKEUP
If you have had your brows, lips, or eyes done previously a CLEAR, WELL-LIT photo of the area is required before booking, complimentary consultations are also available to you.
Not all cosmetic tattoos can be easily covered, failure to advise or follow this step may result in cancelation of your appointment & loss of your deposit.
GUARANTEE
Everyone’s skin type, lifestyle, & medical history are very different; due to this individual results vary. There are No Guarantees offered for your final result.
Although not guaranteed; discussing any skin conditions, medication, skin care products used daily, etc. prior to booking can help give me an idea whether or not the service may be a good option for you.
You “the client” understands that any information collected by Fusion Beauty & Ink will be strictly confidential. Fusion Beauty does not sell, share, or resell information. You confirm that all information provided to Fusion Beauty & Ink is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You, the client, understands that if you withhold important information and complications happened, Fusion Beauty will not be liable. By booking your appointment you agree to have read the terms + conditions above & release this clinic and hold harmless against any claims, expenses, damages, and liabilities.
